This Saturday at 11am Great British Bake Off finalist Brendan Lynch will be at Kilver Court, in Shepton Mallet, demonstrating his Baltic orange and cinnamon Kringle bread recipe. Brendan will be cooking the recipe which has been donated to the Great British Spelt Recipes Collection, launched by Sharpham Park and Bowel Cancer UK.
The collection has been launched in an effort to raise awareness of the importance of a high fibre diet in the prevention of bowel cancer.
This tasty collection of recipes has been kindly donated by 30 famous culinary friends such as: Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, Tom Aikens, The Fabulous Baker Brothers, Yotam Ottolenghi, Mark Hix, Rachel Green, Sophie Dahl and many more.
