Just in time for Christmas, Roger Saul's new pop-up restaurant Stage 1 has come to Kilver Court in Shepton Mallet bringing opulent film set glamour to the South West.
To mark the occasion they're offering readers of The Weekend the chance to win a theatrical dining experience for four people, to enjoy the first tastes of the new menu surrounded by reclaimed props and artefacts from British films.

The menu will showcase Sharpham Park, Roger's organic food farm that specialises in growing spelt and rearing rare breeds specifically for their flavour.
Sample starter dishes include treacle cured Sharpham Park venison, sour cherry, rocket and orange salad and garlic and thyme baked Cornish camembert, red onion marmalade and brioche.
Main courses include organic Sharpham Park burger of the day, spelt roll and chunky chips, warm Somerset halloumi 'nicoise' salad and poached Bath duck egg and Stream Farm organic chicken salad.
Designed by up-cycling experts, Lynn and Duncan McFarlane of Dres'd, the winner will be invited to enter Stage 1 from behind the scenes before settling down to dine in the decadence and faded glamour on set.
